Car Parking

Car parking is available immediately next door to the salon on St. Paul's Lane car park for up to 3 hours. On the other side of our salon is the Westgate car park and this can be used for all day parking or any part of the day. Parking is also available in the Lawn Centre car park on Union Road, which is also an all day facility. The Lawn is only a 5 minute walk from the salon and has recently had over 100 new spaces added.

Need to cancel?

We respectfully ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Failure to give 48 hours notice of cancellation will unfortunately incur a 50% surcharge.

Timings

Please note that all timings in this price list are an approximation guide only and relate to the start and finish time of your appointment.

Accessibility and Downstairs Rooms

If you need a downstairs room, please specify at the time of booking so this can be arranged for you.

Please be aware there is a cobbled slope leading down to the salon entrance. There is a handrail but if you would like some assistance walking down the slope please let us know when you book and a member of staff will be happy to help.

A disabled toilet is available and suitable for wheelchair access.

Contra-indications

If you have a medical condition there may be treatments that are not suitable & therefore you are unable to have. Or we may require a Doctor's note to confirm we are able to go ahead with your treatment.

To avoid disappointment on the day of your treatment please notify us of any medical conditions at the time of booking. If possible with plenty of notice to enable us to check suitability for treatment & to give time to get a Doctor's note if necessary. Forms are available from reception for your Doctor to fill out.

Cancer Policy

Mark Jeffs Hair & Beauty Studios are able to administer beauty treatments to clients who are in remission from Cancer (up to 5 years remission), or are having treatment for any form of Cancer, providing we have a Doctor's letter giving us permission to carry out the treatment requested.

Forms are available from Reception for your Doctor to fill out.

Deposits

Deposit to be paid before treatment with Collagenics. All courses to be paid for in full on or before the initial treatment.

Recruitment and Apprenticeships

We are keen to meet dedicated hair and beauty professionals who would like to join our team. We are also very interested in training apprentice hairdressers.
